Construction continues to move forward in the Old Washington neighborhood of Maysville, and this week marks an important milestone. Concrete work is officially underway on Duplex 4, bringing the home one step closer to completion.

A Milestone for Duplex 4

Getting the concrete poured is one of the early defining moments in new home construction. It establishes the foundation that everything else is built on, and seeing it take shape is a clear sign that progress is well on its way.

At Duplex 4, the concrete work is now underway as the home continues to come together.

A Thoughtful Build

Duplex 4 is being built with the same attention to quality that buyers can expect throughout Watson Development’s duplex homes. Standard features include granite or quartz countertops, soft-close cabinets and drawers, recessed LED lighting, and luxury vinyl plank flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Comfort continues throughout each unit with nine-foot ceilings, tall baseboard and wide casing, R-13 wall insulation with a vapor barrier, and R-30 ceiling insulation. The exterior is designed to be practical and low maintenance, with maintenance-free vinyl siding, a maintenance-free soffit and fascia, dimensional shingles, and a 10-foot by 6-foot privacy fence.

Each duplex is backed by a one-year builders’ warranty.
